Bazoef Petfood delivers to these countries:
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- France
- Luxemburg
What are the delivery times and costs?
Packages are usually delivered within 2 working days.
You get free shipping on orders above 32 euros.
From which country do you ship orders?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and ready to send, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email from us.
In this email, you’ll be able to trace your order via the link provided.
If you experience any issues with the tracking or delivery of your order, please contact our helpdesk via info@bazoef-petfood.be.

How can I return my package?
If you want to return your order, you can request a pre-paid return label to our support team (info@bazoef-petfood.be) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods).
Send your order back to us in a BPOST parcelshop within 7 days after receiving the return label in its original, unopened state.
Please allow 14 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement.
The return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.
